I have worked with many printers over the years, and never have I
received the outstanding service I did from Xpress. Print quality is top-notch. I should know—I was a printer. Their paper selection is great, and the print job makes everything POP off the page.

What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They made sure everything looked EXACTLY the way I wanted. There was nothing left to chance. When they weren’t sure about a file detail, they paused and waited to talk to me before moving forward with printing. Little things like that make the experience so much better.

The final thing I want to mention is the staff. They were delightful
to work with—very personable and put me at ease. This was the first book of my own to print in color, and I cannot thank them enough for all the help they gave me while walking me through the process.

I want to thank the staff at Publishing Xpress for their help in print our church directory. They were very polite and helpful in helping me to order and print our directory. They gave me tips on how to improve our directory and in placing our order. They made the process EASY!

Outstanding overall service!! I'm still at awe! I don't expect this type of customer service, which is actual customer service, not the robotic way of going about "helping" the customer we all have learned and gotten used to.

The deets (this is long but worth it!):

I needed a rush print of a high end brochure and needed only a small amount. This, with the time frame I had was impossible to order anywhere nearby so I resorted to finding an online business that will do it and cross my fingers it would work out.

I contacted Publishing Xpress on a Friday near the end of the day with all the specifications and did it through their website. None of the other stores I found online could do what I needed or were extremely expensive. Needless to say, I didn't expect a live person to answer me. Not only was it a live person but she answered all my million questions and guided me exactly through what I needed to do to get my order exactly how I needed it and by the day I needed it.

It was a holiday weekend which really made things even harder but by the beginning of the following week I contacted them again to finalize the order and again was met by a live person who was able to help me through the website.

I placed my order and they even called me to make sure I approved everything before they could print.

They printed and shipped it rush with all the crazy specifications I had and it was a very reasonable low price for what the job entailed.

I was so scared of what to expect as this is a company out of state and we didn't have time to change anything so we would have to hope and pray everything worked out.

The brochures arrived on time and as expected and they were beautiful!!! Excellent service, excellent product and excellent price! This is a rarity in todays world.

Thank you so much for all your help and all the real care! I'm happy I found a place I can place my trust in for future projects.
