Outstanding overall service!! I'm still at awe! I don't expect this type of customer service, which is actual customer service, not the robotic way of going about "helping" the customer we all have learned and gotten used to.The deets (this is long but worth it!):I needed a rush print of a high end brochure and needed only a small amount. This, with the time frame I had was impossible to order anywhere nearby so I resorted to finding an online business that will do it and cross my fingers it would work out.I contacted Publishing Xpress on a Friday near the end of the day with all the specifications and did it through their website. None of the other stores I found online could do what I needed or were extremely expensive. Needless to say, I didn't expect a live person to answer me. Not only was it a live person but she answered all my million questions and guided me exactly through what I needed to do to get my order exactly how I needed it and by the day I needed it.It was a holiday weekend which really made things even harder but by the beginning of the following week I contacted them again to finalize the order and again was met by a live person who was able to help me through the website.I placed my order and they even called me to make sure I approved everything before they could print.They printed and shipped it rush with all the crazy specifications I had and it was a very reasonable low price for what the job entailed.I was so scared of what to expect as this is a company out of state and we didn't have time to change anything so we would have to hope and pray everything worked out.The brochures arrived on time and as expected and they were beautiful!!! Excellent service, excellent product and excellent price! This is a rarity in todays world.Thank you so much for all your help and all the real care! We were looking for a way to save money on our schools yearbooks. It is super easy to get a quote online and you can modify it on the fly to see how the price will change based on your changes. We submitted our yearbook as a pdf mid May (since it was the first time using Publishing xpress). That day Jessica contacted me to confirm some details and we had our sample book within 2 days. There was a slight hiccup on the layering but Jessica investigated it and had if fixed right away. We had our books (330 yearbooks) a week before we needed them. Getting my wedding programs printed with Xpress Printing was a phenomenal customer service experience! I wanted a perfect binding, professional-looking booklet with both text and photographs in the book. I Called Xpress printing to find out if they could do what I wanted. They exhibited a plethora of virtues:1. They answered the phone and got back to me via phone and email very promptly throughout the order process.2. When there was an error or two in the pdf I sent them to print, they emailed me back with helpful suggestions of how to fix the problems and made quick easy-fix adjustments themselves (shout out to Dennis!) 3. Even in this digital world, business cards are a necessary marketing tool for business professionals. They are an easy and convenient was to leave your contact information behind. You’ll love how easy it is to print business cards at Publishing Xpress.

Turnaround

Our normal production time for online business card printing is 3 business days after proof approval. Weekends and holidays are not counted in the business day calculation.

Expedited production times include:
2 business day after proof approval for an additional 10%
1 business day after proof approval for an additional 25%
Same business day as proof approval for an additional 100%

Please call us to confirm that we can process your order the same day. Whether we can do it depends on how early in the day we receive your file and how many copies you need.

These production times only include processing within our facility. They do not include UPS shipping days to your location. Please see the shipping page to determine how many days it will take for UPS to deliver your order by ground service, which varies from 1 to 4 business days. UPS also offers overnight, 2nd day, and 3-day shipping options for an additional charge. Don’t forget that UPS ground shipping is free for orders over $199.

Once you add your order to your cart and start the checkout process, you can input your zip code and get an estimate of UPS shipping charges for all shipping options (ground, 3 day, 2 day, and overnight). While we will charge you actual UPS shipping costs, we have found that these estimates are fairly accurate.

File Setup

Your online business card printing files must be submitted as high-resolution PDF files, which will embed fonts and graphics. This will ensure that nothing on your page will shift or move to another page, which often happens when the native file is opened on another computer. Before uploading your file, please review every page of your PDF to make sure it is correct.

You will have the opportunity to upload your online business card printing files as part of the ordering process.

Your customer service rep will review your online business card printing order before it is printed and again before it is shipped. They will often notice things like layering issues, low-resolution graphics, and even typos at times. If they notice a printing issue with your online business card printing order, they will contact you so that it can be corrected. We cannot guarantee that we will notice all issues with a particular order.

Paper

We offer numerous paper options for online business card printing. We only carry white paper; we do not carry cream or other colored paper.

All of our papers are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) as being responsibly forested. All of our standard paper stocks contain 10% to 30% post consumer waste content.
