In this week’s spotlight, we are highlighting author Sandee Phillips, who had a personal family journal printing project that she decided to publish as a book. And what a nice little printed book it is!
The book is called “And Then There Were Five…A Polish Adoption Story”. This journal-turned-book consisted of 114 pages of elaborate old family stories and a few old family photographs sporadically placed throughout the book.
This book caught our eye here at Publishing Xpress because of its simple and classic library book look. You know what we mean, right? That small 6×9 book with a clean plain cover, and lots of text on the inside with very minimal art work? It stands out from most of our other printed projects, which consist of lots of color and images, and we really loved that.
“I chose Publishing Xpress for my book because of pricing and the quality after receiving samples in the mail, very quickly, I might add! My experience was great from beginning to end, especially with walking me through the process because I never published a book before. Once I submitted my project to be completed, I was asked to check it, almost immediately after sending it and then waited only 5 days for my book!
I was so excited when it came in the mail and I couldn’t believe I received it so fast! I would definitely use Publishing Xpress again for my next project and would recommend the service to anyone. Thanks for making my personal project a wonderful success! Thanks for making my dreamwork a reality!
Thank you,
Sandee Phillips”
