I have worked with many printers over the years, and never have I
received the outstanding service I did from Xpress. Print quality is top-notch. I should know—I was a printer. Their paper selection is great, and the print job makes everything POP off the page.

What really impressed me was their attention to detail. They made sure everything looked EXACTLY the way I wanted. There was nothing left to chance. When they weren’t sure about a file detail, they paused and waited to talk to me before moving forward with printing. Little things like that make the experience so much better.

The final thing I want to mention is the staff. They were delightful
to work with—very personable and put me at ease. This was the first book of my own to print in color, and I cannot thank them enough for all the help they gave me while walking me through the process.

I want to thank the staff at Publishing Xpress for their help in print our church directory. They were very polite and helpful in helping me to order and print our directory. They gave me tips on how to improve our directory and in placing our order. They made the process EASY!

Outstanding overall service!! I'm still at awe! I don't expect this type of customer service, which is actual customer service, not the robotic way of going about "helping" the customer we all have learned and gotten used to.

The deets (this is long but worth it!):

I needed a rush print of a high end brochure and needed only a small amount. This, with the time frame I had was impossible to order anywhere nearby so I resorted to finding an online business that will do it and cross my fingers it would work out.

I contacted Publishing Xpress on a Friday near the end of the day with all the specifications and did it through their website. None of the other stores I found online could do what I needed or were extremely expensive. Needless to say, I didn't expect a live person to answer me. Not only was it a live person but she answered all my million questions and guided me exactly through what I needed to do to get my order exactly how I needed it and by the day I needed it.

It was a holiday weekend which really made things even harder but by the beginning of the following week I contacted them again to finalize the order and again was met by a live person who was able to help me through the website.

I placed my order and they even called me to make sure I approved everything before they could print.

They printed and shipped it rush with all the crazy specifications I had and it was a very reasonable low price for what the job entailed.

I was so scared of what to expect as this is a company out of state and we didn't have time to change anything so we would have to hope and pray everything worked out.

The brochures arrived on time and as expected and they were beautiful!!! Excellent service, excellent product and excellent price! This is a rarity in todays world.

Thank you so much for all your help and all the real care! I'm happy I found a place I can place my trust in for future projects.

I placed an order for some work books. They were so helpful with the process from sending in the proof down to the placement of the order. The books were exactly what I wanted. I researched several companies from local to all across the web and this company was the cheapest in price!!!! I will order from them from now on. Very satisfied customer!!!!!

This was my first time printing a 138 page compilation for my book club. Jill & Jackie were so patient with so many questions. They were so nice. The discount was great, too. The online flip book was pretty great, too--saved me from shipping hard copies. I could not have done it without them. A bit nervous about ordering sight unseen but it is absolutely beautiful. I heartily recommend this company.

I ordered from this company for some books for my senior thesis and they got them made and sent out so quickly. They were super helpful through the process and were also so very kind and sweet! I 100% recommend this company for any print needs I know I’m gonna recommend them to my classmates.

Publishing Xpress was outstanding in their customer service (I dealt with Jackie Moinet who was wonderful to work with) and they were very accommodating to me when I requested a custom sized order and were cheaper than other printers that offered similar services. I originally chose Publishing Xpress by Google-searching for a book-printing company that appeared impressive and thorough in its explanations--and I'm sure glad I found Publishing Xpress! Following speaking with PX's knowledgeable and friendly staff, I felt confident that my science fiction Trilogy volume of 381 pages would be well printed. And the printed book even exceeded my expectations, including how beautifully the cover turned out. The printed books were also rapidly sent, including the first one to New York in time for my daughter's birthday! I would certainly use Publishing Xpress again, with pleasure!
